About Us
The Chhay Group was founded by Tamara Chhay, a Licensed Texas Agent and a Virtual Office Administrator, who was tired of working long tedious hours in Corporate America and bringing home the stress that came with it. Not only did she have a full-time career, but the family also owned and operated a small donut shop which brought on its own set of unique challenges.

She is an East Texas native and brings over 20 years of experience to her role creating efficient processes and systems that allow teams to focus on project success and client relationships. An expert in navigating the health insurance puzzle, Tamara is able to explain the benefits of insurance, what to look out for and the best plan that is financially fit for the family.
As the former founder of a popular north Austin breakfast shop, Tamara understands the vital importance of behind-the-scenes management and protecting your family. She loves taking on home improvement projects and dreaming and planning for the future with her family of four.

Jennifer plays a major part of keeping client communication open and focuses on keeping our social media up to date with the latest news, tips, and fun facts. Along with Tamara, she is also an East Texas native and brings over 10 years of experience to her role as a Virtual Office Administrator. She has become an expert in benefit design and organizational strategies and that has proven success by being able to keep our clients top of mind.
Her previous career positions were in the medical field which brings her love of taking care of others and putting their needs first. She loves watching cooking shows, traveling, and spending her days with her family of 5.
